Portal Well list refresh option

Add the ability to stay on the selected well when reselecting the Well List tab rather than starting back with all of the wells and having to search for it again. If you initially find your well, then go to any of the well views and then click on Well list again, you have to search for it again. Maybe have it at the top of the well list until refreshed or restarted?
