Definitive Database in Use for AutoSync

Have a way to identify the DDs computer out at the rig site as the definitive computer to update the well info, dailies, etc. Perhaps if the WITs is on, this triggers the definitive database? Would not want anyone outside of the rig site that is troubleshooting or well planning changing anything while the DD is actively drilling.
