Flag when data is coming in at a lower data rate than 1 sample/sec.
Flag when WOB and Delta P tare values have a large change per stand. Put this on the rig floor.
Flag when data is over low pass filtered. IE WOB has a large variance and torque is much smoother with less variance. It suggest the torque signal is overly low pass filtered.
