Portal Timeout

The portal seems to log you out after a few minutes of inactivity but still let's you navigate as though you are logged in. This creates confusion on whether or not the portal is functioning correctly and escalated tickets to support. Can we extend the inactivity time to log out and also return to log in page when logged out.
