Add ability to type in "Connection Type" or Add Connection Type to Dropdown in Drill String Editor

Currently a component has to be added in the component catalog first if there is a new connection type that is not in the dropdown list in the connection type dropdown in the Drill String Editor. A connection type list similar to the Rig Name List would make it easier to add connection types.
