Incident Email

It would be useful if there were a menu to generate an Incident email (similar to how Wellseeker can generate a Debugging Email).
There could be a template that would be generated from the BHA details that are already inputted for the run in question. The user would just click a button like "Create Incident Email" and it would produce a pop up that requires some basic fields to be filled out (i.e. "Troubleshooting steps", "Incident symptoms", etc.) or it could just pull this from the BHA details if they are already filled out.
The feature would then generate an email body in Outlook with the "To:" addresses left for the user to fill out (just like the Debugging Email).
