Charts Default Settings in "Properties Window"

There are some settings available at the "Chart Properties" pop up windows, that are not available at the "Default Settings" icon menu. It would easier to have an option on the Chart Properties window to set the default settings. Same as in WPC, not all the settings in de chart properties window are stored on a template file.
