Survey Reports from WSX not Targets table issue

The survey reports from WSX, in EXCEL format are NOT showing the EW, Easting and Nothing header, the data is there, but not the "header" name, those cells are empty. Also Both the PDF and Excel survey reports, are NOT showing the TVDSS data in the Targets table. Both formats only show the TVD but not the TVDSS, which is an important variable to see.
